If you have forgotten to use your offer code and you have placed your order, please get in touch with our customer service team letting us know your Order Number and the Offer Code you were going to use.

If your order meets the Terms and Conditions of the offer, our customer service team will refund you the difference. The refund will go back to the original method of payment and will show in your account within 2/3 working days.

Please note that the order must have been placed whilst the offer code was live. We are not able to apply offer codes to historic orders, or to orders placed after the promotion has ended.
