How To Place An Order
Adding Items To Your Basket
You will need to add items to your basket by pressing "Add To Basket" on the item page. Once you have added all of the items you want, you can view your basket by pressing the Basket Icon located at the top right of the page.
Viewing / Editing Your Basket
Click the basket icon, and then press "View Basket".
All of the items in your basket will be listed out.
To remove items from your basket, press the X button on the right of the screen
To adjust the quantity of each item, press the + or - button either side of the quantity
Adding A Discount Code
Click the basket icon, and then press "View Basket"
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, here you can add in your code by pressing "Add Discount" - the total will then adjust beneath this
Checking Out
Click the basket icon, and then press "Check Out"
Ensure your email address is put into the top box under the Customer section.
If you already have an account with us, we recommend signing in at this point so you are able to track your order via your account page. If you do not wish to sign in, press "Continue as Guest"
Input your delivery address, ensuring your postcode is entered correctly
If you have instructions for the courier, please enter them under "Delivery Instructions".
If you would like to add a gift message for the recipient, enter this under the "Gift Message" section.
Press Continue
If your billing address is the same as the delivery address, you can continue to payment. If the delivery address is different, you will need to enter it at this time.
You are now able to select your payment method. You can pay by Credit / Debit card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay. If you want to pay with a Gift Voucher, please enter this voucher on the right hand side of the screen.
You must ensure the gift voucher is in the correct format
Once you have filled in your payment information, press "Place Order" at the bottom of the page. Your order number will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to you within 10/15 minutes.
